Brian Gscheidle Jr.

I’m Brian Gscheidle Jr, a graduate student at Augusta Uni for Kinesiology. I come from a military family so I’ve lived in many different places, but Augusta is where I’d call home because we’ve been stationed here so many times. To make new friends when I moved I grew passionate about baseball and soccer so I’m very familiar with being an athlete and the love of competition. After my 50 pound weight loss journey in high school I became passionate for fitness and health and that’s what lead me to help change the lives of everyone around me.
